Heteronuclear and homonuclear radio-frequency-driven recoupling

چکیده

Abstract. The radio-frequency-driven recoupling (RFDR) pulse sequence is used in magic-angle spinning (MAS) NMR to recouple homonuclear dipolar interactions. Here we show simultaneous of both the heteronuclear and interactions by applying RFDR pulses on two channels. We demonstrate method, called HETeronuclear (HET-RFDR), microcrystalline SH3 samples at 10 55.555 kHz MAS. Numerical simulations HET-RFDR standard sequences allow for better understanding influence offsets paths magnetization transfers experiments, as well crucial role XY phase cycling.

Heteronuclear decoupling interference during symmetry-based homonuclear recoupling in solid-state NMR.

We examine the influence of continuous-wave heteronuclear decoupling on symmetry-based double-quantum homonuclear dipolar recoupling, using experimental measurements, numerical simulations, and average Hamiltonian theory. There are two distinct regimes in which the heteronuclear interference effects are minimized. The first regime utilizes a moderate homonuclear recoupling field and a strong he...

Quadrupolar-driven recoupling of homonuclear dipolar interactions in the nuclear magnetic resonance of rotating solids

We discuss the recoupling of homonuclear dipolar interactions between quadrupolar nuclei under magic-angle spinning conditions, caused by the first-order quadrupolar interaction. This recoupling leads to NMR linewidths displaying a nonmonotonic dependence on the spinning frequency, meaning that broader lines may result as the spinning rate is increased. The effect depends on geometrical paramet...

Radio-frequency driven polarization transfer without heteronuclear decoupling in rotating solids

This Letter reports significant excitation of C homonuclear double-quantum coherence in a solid-state magic-angle-spinning NMR experiment, acquired without heteronuclear decoupling of abundant H spins. The heteronuclear decoupling efficiency of a group of existing homonuclear polarization transfer sequences are investigated and optimal schemes are identified. Since the approach permits the appl...

Spectroscopic investigation of spin zero homonuclear and heteronuclear molecules

In the present article, we introduce a model to investigate the energy spectrum of a relativistic rotor by considering the Klein-Gordon Hamiltonian. Rotational spectral lines are a signature of homonuclear and heteronuclear systems and play a key role in understanding diatomic molecules. We show that the energy-correction term arising due to unequal masses influences the line separation. Determ...
